To all Tri-State area oil & gas enthusiasts:

As a committee, we have once again decided to suspend the convention portion of our annual event for 2023. We are however planning to bring the convention back in August of 2024, the second Thursday of August!

In keeping with our mission of providing an opportunity to assemble, network and discuss current issues facing our industry, we will proceed with the annual Bobby Joe Cudd Legacy Golf Tournament. This year, it is scheduled for Friday, August 11th, 2023. There will just be one morning flight.

Additionally, we continue to provide scholarships for area graduating seniors. The golf tournament has always had the dual purpose of providing a means of networking, fellowship and fun, and providing funds for these important scholarships. There are a number of sponsorship opportunities still available for the tournament. These sponsorships are a great way to help fund these scholarships.

We cordially invite you to attend this year! Come out, play some golf, get reacquainted with some folks, eat some great food and have some fun!
